The name VELLUTIER echoes the Italian word velluto, meaning velvet. It evokes touch and the creamy texture of the wax, visible through the glass.

The distinctive glass, with its cut across two planes, defines the candle’s form and reveals the colour and velvety surface of the wax.

The solid wood lid completes the vessel’s shape. The deeply engraved VELLUTIER logo highlights a detail you can see and feel in your hand.
WaxA signature blend
We use a signature blend based on rapeseed wax, enriched with refined paraffin wax and microcrystalline wax. These two ingredients are also used in the cosmetics industry. The blend gives the wax a creamy, velvety surface and supports an even burn.
WickCotton and flame
The cotton wick was developed specifically for VELLUTIER. It sustains a steady flame, allowing the fragrance to begin unfolding through a room.
Label and packagingThe brand mark, light and detail
The label is a quiet expression of the brand, shaped by contrast, light and detail. It complements the clear glass and wooden lid. The packaging, too, is part of the experience—from the first glance and opening to presenting the candle as a gift.
